1. Log in to your account.  

2. Click to enter "My Orders."  

3. Select the order you wish to submit and click "Upload."  

4. You can provide either a review screenshot or a review link—only one of the two is required.  

   Choose the pre-saved review screenshot.  

5. Click "Submit" and wait for the "Upload Success" prompt to appear.  

6. Wait patiently for 1-2 days for the review and refund process to be completed.  

7. Once the refund has been confirmed to be received, confirm accordingly.
