Important Preliminary Statements

All DZDEAL servers are hosted in the United States, delivering product testing services for U.S. and worldwide users.

This Agreement is governed by U.S. federal law, state consumer protection statutes, FTC endorsement disclosure rules, policies of Amazon, Walmart, eBay and other major marketplaces, and widely accepted cross-border online service standards.

By clicking “I Agree”, registering, logging in, claiming tasks, receiving samples, submitting feedback or using any platform feature, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter contracts, and accept all terms of this Agreement.

If you reside outside the U.S., you voluntarily access U.S.-hosted services. You alone are responsible for complying with all internet, consumer, advertising and e-commerce laws in your country or region.

Article 1 Definitions

1.1 DZDEAL: Operator of this product testing and brand market research platform. All servers and data storage are located in the United States.

1.2 User: Any natural person who completes identity registration and uses platform services, including U.S. and global users.

1.3 Brand Merchant: Third-party brands publishing testing tasks on DZDEAL to run market research and collect authentic user feedback.

1.4 Third-Party E-Commerce Platform: Independent shopping marketplaces with native review systems, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Target.

1.5 User-Generated Feedback Content: Text, images, videos, ratings and experience materials submitted inside DZDEAL, solely for participating brands’ internal product optimization.

1.6 FTC Rules: FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, mandatory for all incentive-based product testing activities.

Article 2 Account Registration Rules and User Obligations

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You must be at least 18. Registration by children under 13 is prohibited under COPPA.

You shall submit true, accurate and complete information including email, shipping address and requested verification documents. False details, fake addresses, duplicate accounts, proxy registration or account transfer constitute material breach.

One individual may maintain only one DZDEAL account. We reserve the right to permanently suspend all linked accounts without notice for multiple registrations.

2.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your email, password and verification credentials. All actions under your account are deemed your acts and you bear all financial and legal liability.

Notify DZDEAL support immediately if your account is compromised or stolen. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to take timely security steps.

2.3 User Code of Conduct (Zero‑Tolerance Violations)

You agree not to:

Accept tasks while agreeing, expressly or implicitly, that posting reviews on third-party stores is a required or hidden condition of participation;
Trade or manipulate marketplace reviews in exchange for free samples, Luck Points, coins, cash rewards or platform benefits;
Hide material connections required by FTC rules: if you post reviews on external sites or social media, clearly disclose you received free products, discounts or compensation via DZDEAL;
Fabricate experience, plagiarize content, falsify records or forge proof to obtain rewards;
Hack, scrape, attack platform servers, distribute malware or disrupt operations (violating the U.S. CFAA);
Sublet, resell or lend your DZDEAL account;
Violate third‑party platform terms, local laws or U.S. federal and state laws during testing;
Engage in paid review solicitation, fake review deals, rating manipulation or consumer fraud prohibited by U.S. law.

Article 3 Platform Service Scope and Compliance Commitments

3.1 Core Service Definition

All products, tasks and incentives on DZDEAL exist exclusively for brand market research and authentic user testing. Our sole role is matching merchants and testers to collect internal feedback for product improvement.

3.2 Core Compliance Clause: No Inducement of Off‑Platform Reviews

DZDEAL expressly warrants to all users and merchants:

We will never induce, coerce, require, pressure or reward users to post reviews or ratings on third‑party marketplaces;
Receiving samples, Luck Points, coins, cash or other benefits does not create an obligation to post off‑platform reviews;
Settlements, reward releases and sample shipments depend only on feedback submitted within DZDEAL, independent of any reviews you post elsewhere.

3.3 Separation of Internal Feedback and Third‑Party Reviews

User content uploaded to DZDEAL is shared only with cooperating brands for internal improvement. This feedback is fully separate from Amazon, Walmart and other marketplace review systems. DZDEAL has no affiliation with those review systems and does not organize or coordinate off‑site review publication.

Article 4 Intellectual Property Terms

4.1 All platform software, source code, trademarks, logos, interface designs, task logic, server data and databases are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator, protected under U.S. Copyright Law and international treaties. Users receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license for personal non‑commercial testing use only.

4.2 User‑Generated Content License: By submitting text, photos or videos, you grant DZDEAL a worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to store, display, analyze and transmit such content for brand research and platform operation. You retain copyright and warrant your uploads do not infringe third‑party rights.

Article 5 Collection and Use of User Shipping Information

5.1 We collect recipient names, shipping addresses, contact numbers and logistics data you submit to deliver test samples, campaign gifts and physical rewards.

5.2 This information is used solely for delivery. Shipping data will not be used for unrelated marketing, cold outreach, data resale, unauthorized sharing or other malicious purposes.

5.3 Without your written consent, we will not sell, rent or share your logistics data with merchants, ad agencies or data providers. Addresses may be temporarily shared with contracted couriers only for a single shipment; couriers may not retain or reuse the data.

5.4 You may edit or delete shipping information in your dashboard anytime. After account closure, logistics data will be permanently erased once the legally required retention period expires.

5.5 All address data is stored on encrypted U.S. servers and handled in compliance with CCPA, COPPA and applicable cross‑border privacy rules.

Article 6 Independent Compliance Disclaimer

6.1 FTC Advertising Endorsement Compliance Disclaimer

Under the FTC Endorsement Guides:

You bear full legal responsibility for content you voluntarily publish on e-commerce sites or social media. Federal law requires you to disclose material connections, including free products or compensation from DZDEAL.

DZDEAL does not tie rewards to off‑platform reviews. Your decision to post reviews is voluntary and separate from your task agreement. You are liable for account penalties, fines or litigation from undisclosed reviews; the platform has no joint liability.

6.2 Disclaimer Prohibiting Review Manipulation

DZDEAL forbids incentive‑driven solicitation, bulk fake reviews and rating manipulation violating marketplace rules and U.S. trade law.

We do not organize, facilitate or endorse paid or reciprocal fake review arrangements. Private review agreements between users, merchants or intermediaries are independent conduct unrelated to DZDEAL.

If your marketplace accounts are suspended, funds frozen or you face penalties from private review activity, all losses and legal consequences are yours alone. DZDEAL owes no compensation, mediation or legal representation.

6.3 Server and Cross‑Border Access Disclaimer

Our servers are located in the U.S. Global users may encounter slow speeds, disconnection or latency due to routing, local regulation or carrier limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not compensate network‑related losses.

Users outside the U.S. must confirm local law permits access to this platform. We are not responsible for penalties caused by local internet restrictions.

6.4 Product and Merchant Liability Isolation Disclaimer

Test products are supplied directly by Brand Merchants. Product quality, shipping, safety, returns and after‑sales support are the merchant’s sole responsibility. DZDEAL acts only as an information intermediary; we do not manufacture or sell goods and assume no liability for product defects.

Private deals or compensation arrangements between users and merchants are outside platform oversight and shall be resolved by the parties or local courts.

6.5 Disclaimer of Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DZDEAL, its operators and staff are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or account harm including marketplace suspension, ranking drops and business losses.

Article 7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by U.S. federal law and the law of the state hosting our servers.

All related disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that state. Non‑U.S. users consent to this jurisdiction clause.

If mandatory local law conflicts with these terms, local mandatory provisions prevail; all remaining clauses stay valid.

Article 8 Amendment and Termination of Agreement

8.1 DZDEAL may revise this Agreement to reflect legal, marketplace and regulatory changes. Revised terms will be posted on our official site. Continued use after posting means you accept updates.

8.2 We may terminate your account immediately without notice or refund if you:

(1) Engage in unlawful review manipulation, run multiple accounts or attack servers;

(2) Submit false registration or task materials to defraud rewards;

(3) Violate U.S. or local laws.

8.3 We reserve the right to adjust testing rules, campaigns, coin/Luck Point rules and settlement standards for business and regulatory reasons. Updated rules are published on the website or task page; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Changes do not apply retroactively to completed tasks and rewards already issued to protect your vested benefits.

Article 9 Severability

If any clause is ruled invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the rest of this Agreement remains in full force and effect.
