Reason:
According to seller policy, each account is only permitted to purchase one product from the same store. 

If you have previously ordered another product from this seller and attempt to submit a new order for another item from the same store, 

you will receive this notification.

How to Still Get This Product for Free:
If you wish to obtain this product, follow these two steps:

1. Create a new DZDEAL account using different credentials and submit your request through this new account.

2. When placing the order on Amazon or other platforms, use a separate account that has not previously purchased this product

   (a family member's account is recommended).

You may register new DZDEAL accounts using different identities (such as family members) to place orders and submit requests. 

If you wish to obtain multiple units of the product, this method can also be applied.

Key Requirement:
As long as the accounts used are distinct, orders can be submitted and refunds processed accordingly.
